What You Should Know About Near Sleep Deprivation Diet

The Near Death Experience or NDE is a condition where a person comes close to dying but comes back in time. This time can last up to a week and can be accompanied by strange visions, sounds, and feelings of impending doom. People have described the feelings as being like they are dying, but cannot die. Some people report feeling as if they are on a “life-time path” of pain that they cannot cross. They are aware that they will die, but feel that the pain will be prolonged and might continue for much longer than it would otherwise.

Some people claim that near starvation can cause an out of body experience. There are stories circulating that suggest that near starvation can prolong life for days or weeks. This is most commonly associated with hypoxia which is a condition where the heart has no supply of oxygen. The result is the cessation of heart function. These near starvation experiences are said to occur more often during severe health problems or when a person is undergoing a very long and stressful illness. They can also occur during periods of extreme physical activity.

There are many proponents of the NDE who believe that near starvation can cure certain illnesses. They are of the belief that the brain imprints itself with the memories of the near starvation experience. This is why some people seem to live in near death environments, devoid of food and without any apparent external symptoms. Others have also reported experiencing communication with other life-like beings. It is believed that these entities are not merely the product of the imagination of the claimant, but are actually an actual component of their real brain. The evidence to support this theory remains largely unproven.

Because the near starvation diet is a psychological concept, it can have dangerous psychological effects. The experience of not being able to eat can cause an increased desire for food and eventually causes a dangerous weight loss. This may result in malnutrition, dehydration, or even a dangerously low blood pressure. It can also trigger feelings of panic and depression.

Those who use the NDE to relieve themselves of unwanted weight have a difficult time going back to a normal diet. After undergoing the near starvation diet, they become so hungry that they crave food. As the dieter becomes more desperate, the cycle continues. They soon find themselves unable to move their bowels and begin to hallucinate. The worst thing is, there is no exit strategy from this downward spiral. It is nearly impossible to get out of the vicious cycle.

Many psychologists claim that people’s minds were simply designed to allow them to feel hunger. The way we have lived for the last several centuries has caused our brains to lose the ability to sense fullness until near starvation. During this stage, our brains are processing messages sent from the stomach for us to eat. If the brain senses that we are full, we will eat. However, if it senses that we are not full, then we will go into the “eat or starve mode” and will keep trying to eat until we slip into the near starvation stage.

A near starvation diet can cause severe chemical imbalances in the brain and digestive tract. This can cause people to go into a deep sleep. Some people have even had periods of consciousness so totally unconscious that they have passed out from lack of oxygen and the brain does not receive the proper signals to awaken them. It is possible for someone to pass out of near starvation diet as their muscles become stiff and their skin begins to turn pale.
